Ignė is a theatre-maker, performer, and musician. Her creative practice is multidisciplinary – encompassing movement, poetry and sound – often in co-creation with others. Her role in collaborative work ranges from being a deviser, dramaturg, movement specialist, or a combination of these. In 2016 she founded Bristol Physical Theatre Project which facilitates theatre-making and ensemble-based training for professional performers and the wider community.

Ignė trained at Jacques Lecoq Theatre School exploring devising, non-verbal performance and visual storytelling. She has since worked with Complicité (Drive Your Plow Over The Bones of the Dead) Mechanimal (UND; Megalith; Crap At Animals, Still Life ), Wassail Theatre (Lorna Doone), 2019 Sarah Corbett (The Swimmer; Very Modern) and others. In 2023 she released her debut album ‘Listen, I Have Something To Tell You’.
